Holding an outstanding track record of over 180 peer-reviewed scientific publications and 204 patent rights, he dedicated his life to development of blood-based diagnostic methods for prediction, prevention, intervention strategies and early treatment of cardiovascular diseases, cancer and acute care fields. As the CEO and founder, Andreas is the driving force behind the company, serving as both its brain and soul. His passion for innovation and commitment to medical advancements underscore his integral role in steering the company's success.

Paul Kaufmann

Paul Kaufmann, M.Sc., a seasoned professional in bio-technology, initially focused on elucidating catalytic mechanisms of molybdenum enzymes. His journey in the field has resulted in numerous high-ranking scientific publications as a first author. Currently serving as Head of Operations and second in command at PAM Theragnostics, Paul dedicates his extensive expertise in project management to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. As a vital member of the leadership team, he brings a wealth of experience and a proactive approach, ensuring seamless operations that align with the company's vision and goals, encompassing strategy planning, team management, finance acquisition, patent writing and many other.

Yulia Ilina

Yulia Ilina, PhD, serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at PAM Theragnostics. Trained in biochemistry with a specialization in structural biology, she brings extensive expertise in X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM. In her current role, Yulia focuses on developing advanced protocols to test and challenge the therapeutic and diagnostic concepts of PAM Theragnostics, contributing to the company's transition from preclinical to the clinical stage. Additionally, she actively expands the collaboration network of the organization. During the early stages of her career at PAM, she also gained proficiency in immunoassay development. Such interdisciplinary approach has resulted in multiple publications in high-impact journals. 

Michaela Press

Michaela Press, M.Sc. a dedicated R&D scientist with a strong background in nutrition research. Michaela's focus extends to various diagnostic laboratory methods, where she excels not only in their application but also in the efficient organization of laboratory processes and meticulous maintenance of essential data records. In her role at PAM, Michaela ensures the seamless operation of our laboratory. She takes charge of measuring and evaluating studies, playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of our research. As the front person for smooth laboratory operations, she oversees the immunoassay workflow, demonstrating precision and expertise in every step.
